Our love of off-road motorcycle riding is under constant threat, every year riding spots are shut down and it is harder to own motorcycles that we all love. Stay informed on what is happening in our state and country when it comes to public lands and new legislation on vehicle restrictions and taxes. We are part of a network of organizations that lobby local and national government to preserve our rights and keep the sport we love affordable. Membership drives this power; your membership grows our representation, and our reach in our communities.

Raising Funds

Your work can help preserve current riding areas and build new ones. Volunteer hours are converted to grant money every year, just one 10 hour day could be worth as much as $570 in funds going towards our riding area. Federal Agencies every year gather volunteer hours from a host of different organizations and pay out grant money to those organizations based on total hours. Depending on the agency each volunteer hour is converted to an hourly amount of up to $19 and then converted at up to a 3 to 1 ratio. Meaning one volunteer hour could be converted into $57 put back into our parks for the purpose of off-road motorcycle riding. Dirt Riders MC also holds events throughout the year to raise funds for our local projects.

When you join Dirt Riders MC you are joining a close-knit group of like-minded people, these can be lifelong friends of the future, new riding buddies, and a source of knowledge. We have members from all different back grounds and walks of life, but one thing is always true, we love motorcycles. If you are just getting started riding motorcycles and want someone to share some tips and tricks, we have members ready to help. If you have been riding your entire life and are looking for new riding spots, we have members ready to share their secret spots. We have yearly campouts, annual parties, and are always planning the next weekend's riding trip.

Take part in events

Every club member favorite time of the year is the annual Spring Hare Scramble at the Horn Rapids Motorsports Complex. This event started in 1983 by the EWDRA and in 2025 Dirt Riders MC picked up where they left off. We have also held other races throughout the year and are currently planning to add an enduro event to the calendar. We also have put on work parties and trail clean up at some of our favorite riding locations including Juniper Dunes, Saddle Mountains, Winom-Frazier, and more. These events are always extremely fun and a great way to see new riding areas. No matter your background we have a need for your expertise at our events.
